1. 収集する情報

本サービスは、以下の情報を取得します。

• 撮影した写真（撮影時の原画像、および現像後の生成画像）
• デバイスID（アプリが発行する匿名の識別子で、氏名・電話番号等の直接個人を識別する情報は含みません）
• 任意で入力された撮影者名・言語設定などのプロフィール情報

2. 利用目的

上記の情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• 撮影した写真をAIにより現像（画像生成）するため
• Roll・現像クレジット（無料現像回数）の管理のため
• 不正利用の防止、サービスの維持・改善のため
• 通報（不適切な生成結果等）への対応のため

3. 送信先

写真および関連データは、サービス提供のために以下の外部事業者に送信されます。

• Cloudflare（アプリのサーバー基盤・画像の一時保存）
• fal.ai（画像生成AIモデルの実行、主要プロバイダ）
• Google（画像生成AIモデルの実行、フォールバックプロバイダ）

4. 保存期間

撮影された原画像は、AIによる画像生成が完了した時点で速やかに削除されます。生成された写真（現像後の写真）は、現像が完了した日から7日間保存され、その後削除されます。

5. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、本サービスは取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。前述の画像生成を目的とした外部事業者への送信は、本サービスの提供に必要な委託と位置づけています。

6. 削除依頼窓口

ご自身のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、アプリ内「設定」の「データを削除」よりお申し出いただくか、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。

1. Information we collect

• Photos you take (the original photo at capture time, and the generated photo after developing)
• A device ID — an anonymous identifier issued by the app; it does not contain your name, phone number, or other directly identifying information
• Optional profile information you provide, such as a photographer name or language preference

2. Purpose of use

• To develop (AI-generate) the photos you capture
• To manage rolls and Develop Credits (your free develop allowance)
• To prevent abuse and to maintain and improve the service
• To respond to reports (e.g. of inappropriate generated results)

3. Where your data is sent

Photos and related data are sent to the following external providers to operate the service:

• Cloudflare (application hosting and temporary image storage)
• fal.ai (primary image-generation model provider)
• Google (fallback image-generation model provider)

4. Retention period

The original photo is deleted promptly once AI image generation completes. The generated (developed) photo is retained for 7 days after developing, and then deleted.

5. Third-party disclosure

Except where required by law, we do not sell or disclose collected information to third parties. Sending images to the providers listed above for the purpose of generation is treated as a necessary processing step to provide the service, not a disclosure for the providers' own purposes.

6. Contact for deletion requests

To request deletion of your data, use "Delete my data" in the app's Settings, or contact us at the address below.
