利用規約 / Terms of Service
1. 無料現像クレジットの上限と回復
利用者には、無料の「現像クレジット」が付与されます。初期付与数、上限数、および一定期間ごとの回復数は、アプリ内の表示に従います（本稿執筆時点の仕様: 初期3回・上限3回・7日ごとに1回復）。当社は、事前の告知をもって、これらの数値を変更できるものとします。Rollを開始すると現像クレジットを1つ予約し、現像の実行時に消費します。1枚も撮影せずにRollを放棄した場合、予約されたクレジットは解放され再利用可能となります。
2. 被写体の同意は利用者が保証
利用者は、自ら撮影する写真に写るすべての被写体（利用者本人以外の人物を含みます）について、撮影および本サービスを通じたAIによる現像（画像生成）に関する同意を得ていることを保証するものとします。同意を得ずに第三者を撮影し本サービスを利用した結果生じたいかなる紛争についても、当社は責任を負いません。
3. AI生成物の権利と免責
現像によって生成された画像（以下「生成物」）は、AIモデルによる自動生成物です。当社は、生成物の正確性、適法性、第三者の権利（著作権・肖像権等）を侵害しないことについて、いかなる保証も行いません。生成物の利用は利用者自身の責任で行うものとし、生成物の利用に起因して利用者または第三者に生じた損害について、当社は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。生成AIプロバイダ側の判断により、一部の画像の生成が拒否される場合があります。
4. 未成年者は保護者同意
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、事前に保護者等法定代理人の同意を得るものとします。保護者の同意なく未成年者が本サービスを利用した場合であっても、当社はその利用について確認する義務を負いません。
5. サービス変更・終了
当社は、利用者への事前の告知をもって、本サービスの内容を変更し、または本サービスの提供を終了することができます。サービス終了時には、可能な範囲で事前に案内し、未現像のRollおよび未使用の現像クレジットの取り扱いについて別途案内します。
1. Free develop credit cap and regeneration
Users receive free "Develop Credits." The initial grant, the cap, and the periodic regeneration amount follow what is shown in the app (as of this draft: 3 initial, a cap of 3, regenerating by 1 every 7 days). We may change these numbers with prior notice. Starting a roll reserves one Develop Credit; developing the roll consumes it. If a roll is abandoned with zero shots taken, the reserved credit is released and becomes usable again.
2. Users guarantee subjects' consent
You are responsible for ensuring that every person appearing in your photos (not only yourself) has consented to being photographed and to that photo being developed (AI-generated) through this service. We bear no responsibility for any dispute arising from photographing a third party without their consent and using this service.
3. Rights and disclaimers for AI-generated content
Images produced by developing a roll ("generated content") are produced automatically by an AI model. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, lawfulness, or non-infringement of third-party rights (including copyright and likeness rights) of generated content. You use generated content at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damage to you or a third party arising from its use. Generation of a given image may be refused at the discretion of the underlying AI provider.
4. Minors require guardian consent
A minor must obtain the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian before using this service. We are under no obligation to verify that such consent was obtained.
5. Service changes and termination
We may change the content of this service, or discontinue it, with prior notice to users. If the service is discontinued, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and separately communicate how undeveloped rolls and unused Develop Credits will be handled.
